water damage & condensation...what do i do?

i have 10 jars growing pf tek style inoculated 13 days ago and have noticed yellow/tannish color couple days ago which i was told was water damage and/or piss. i have also noticed water droplets on the sides of my jars now...what do i do?
p.s. this is my very first batch.

The yellow/tannish color (if it's not bright yellow) could just be the secretion of the mycelium- it's jus a waste product. Some condensation does occur sometimes.
Just let your jars finish colonizing and then birth them. At this point you really have nothing to lose by continuing and seeing how they come out
