weird colored powder

i think i dried them really bad, i ground them all up in a coffee grinder and got this greenish-blue powder...still good?

Blue is just the mushrooms oxidizing and you are bound to get blue on your mushroms. It is rarely harmful. As for the green however, I cannot say anything good about. A little more information would be appreicated.

Yeah, were they greenish-blue before the grinding? Green is bad, blue is good.

actually i looked at it in the light, its more a dull greyish blue, but its sorta got a bluish green tint to it...wish i had a digital camera
could you post some pics of blue powder?

I got no pics. But if it's a green powder, and not just stained mycelia, your out of luck.

yeah, they were that color before grinding...i meant bluish green...i dunno, my shrooms don't really bruise a definite blue color, i tested by squeezing one and its more like bluish green like aqua or somethin, so maybe that' sjust how they are?

I think they're probably fine. It all depends on how they looked when they were fresh. If they looked healthy, they're probably healthy. I've always thought the "blue" that mushrooms turned when they're dried looks a little green.
If a fresh mushroom looks 'dark', it could be rotting inside. Just crack the stem open to find out. I'd say yours are most likely okay.

Mushrooms will look a greyish-blue when bruised. However if the flesh of the shroom was a little yellowish (which some have a small yellowish tint) then combined with the blue it'll look a little greenish.

I think that mushrooms bruise a bluish green. Ive noticed that bruised mushrooms can look greener a while after they were bruised as they look more of a blue color soon after the bruising.
