Karo ratios...

Using roadkills recipes as a baseline :

8cc Karo / 192cc h2o

AFOAF made over a dozen karo jars, deviating from the baseline. As thin as 3 cc karo, thru 14cc karo to 192cc h2o was sterilized at
15lbs @ 30 minutes.

The light through medium syrup turned almost a diluted urine sample color...

The heavey syrup stayed clear.

Growth is present in every jar except the 13cc (and above) to 192cc h2o...

The ratios are pretty forgiving, provided you dont go to heavey on the syrup to water ratios.

AFOAF will do about 15 dark syrup jars tonight too.

Also - only NASTY tap water was used, and he said PESA was used for uniformity.

No incubation temps, room temp at 72-74 degrees. Growth is minimal, but will post back after a week to verify the best ratios for strongets growth.
