Need help with Win. 98

OK so i have a old Comp i just found that has win 95 on it. but i need to upgrade it to 98. i placed the win 98 disc into the slot and everything runs as normal then i get this message, "your computer already has an OS installed which cannot be upgraded by the version of setup. you need to obtain the windows 98 upgrade"

so i guess my question is... how do i uninstall my OS system (win95) so i can install 98?

i would try rebooting with the cd in the drive, and setting the cdrom to boot first.

createa boot disk, www.bootdisk.com
type format c:
then type d: or e:
then setup
and that should do it.
