You guys all seem to have some pretty cool plans, good luck with them. :laugh: That cruise idea sounds sweet, good luck to you all.

My plan A i'm starting to lose interrest in.  My plan b is get a degree in environmental science, get certification for being a peace officer and apply for a park ranger job in mendocino county.  Settle down and buy a house up by ukiah or somewhere out in the redwoods there, and start growing a pot garden in my backyard (legal in mendocino county, the sherrif and police are forbidden by county legislation to search, seize, or charge for growing marijuana on private property).  That just might turn into my plan A hehe.. I would be pretty damn happy working outside in a redwood forest and smoking a bunch of homegrown without having to sweat local law enforcement.

i've never had a plan a.

nor do i have any dreams for a future.

i suppose i live day to day.

maybe i'll be a bum someday,
or rich, or dead.
doesnt matter as long as im happy.

so you're going to walk the earth? like kane? try a commune or two as well. they sound like fun. most things i want to do only seem possible after retirement from something i DONT want to do. idealy, plan A places me in oklahoma city, with a vid cam and a jeep, chasing storms. either within ten years or eventually.

hah thats cool sounds like my plan to move to Brazil.

(background: I'd been talking to someone who visits there alot. Nothing but good things to say. I'd been figuring out the details to live there a bit)

Everything was looking good, my plan was to live off savings a few years until I found a job. The problem is, getting a work permit is very difficult. I could get a visitors permit, but then I'd only be there 3 months tops. So now I don't think its going to happen, and I've got to whore myself to the empire. But its motivated me to save, until I find a country I want to move to where I would be allowed to work.
