    #385136 - 09/04/01 12:00 AM (22 years, 3 months ago)

I wonder if anyone has ever grown flying saucers indoors. I believe im talking about the shrooms from Astoria Oregan. Everything ive ever read says its close to impossible, but im a firm beliver in nothing being impossible. Any information would be greatly appreciated because this would be a nice shroom to have down here in the southern usa.

Well, outdoor cultivation is very much possible.
Go to http://www.sporeworks.com/azurdata.htm for reports on successfull growing attempts.

I have grown azurescens indoors in plastic bags and styrofoam boxes and then moved them outside for the final fruiting. If you have an enclosed porch or a room that gets a little cold in the winter, I see no reason why they could not be grown entirely indoors.
