NTLDR missing!

Ok, what the fuck? I had to reformat and reinstall Win2k over the weekend due to stupid network problems here at home. Anyways, I used a copy of a copied Win2K cd that I used to have. I've never had this problem before, but after formatting and reinstalling I start up my comp and it says "NTLDR missing press ctrl+alt+delete to restart". So I fucked around with things all in naught. Reformatted using FAT32 instead of NTFS, and now when I start up it says "NTLDR missing press any key to restart" except I hit a key and it starts up windows. If I leave the Win2K install CD in it will read the NTLDR from the CD and boot Windows. Anybody have any ideas what the hell is going on? I did scan disk, virus scans, defrag, but its all coming up with nothing.

Ok, when I reformatted it changed the name of my system drive to D and my secondary drive to C. How do I go about renaming them so I can make my C my E, and my D my C? It put all the ntldr and all that good stuff on the C drive, so I tried copy/paste onto the D but when I load it says my ntoskrnl is corrupt.
