Reformatting Curtis mp3 player
    #4115329 - 04/30/05 06:16 PM (11 years, 7 months ago)

Hello,

Well yesterday in the middle of my playlist which id listen to 3x over, my Curtis mp3 player started displaying the message "incorrect format - reformat your mp3 player!" - when i plug it into my computer and open it as a drive, i cannot add or delete songs, and reinstalling the software only brings up an error and says the drive has been moved.

What do i do?

There's no info online that i can find..

Help please?!

it was bought from a crackhead brand new - he came into my restaurant and wanted to off it, the package was sealed.

If it says "reformat" it should be refortable through some computer process, no?
