raising the temp using hot water bottles.

I am about to grow and my incubating temp is 68 degrees and would a constant switching of hot water bottles raise it to an optimum temp.
if anyone has ever done this or has another easy way to raise temp a bit
give us a shout.

calorimeter type deal... should raise temps, but I think you maybe changing the water bottle often, and I dunno how high it would actually raise the temp

on top of your hot water heater, tv, monitor- lots of household appliances should give off suitable ambient heat it would seem.

fill one gallon jug with water, put heater in, set to 84 degrees.

honestly your best bet is tub in tub, one rubbermaid with water and a fishtank heater (FULLY submersible, not just moisture proof) the other tub placed in it with the top on. works well.
