Republic of Ireland law

Hi,new user here from Republic of Ireland, (the home of the lovely liberty cap...mmmm..)

Looking for information, does anyone know if the law in Eire is the same as the UK as regards shrooms not being illegal if fresh and unprocessed/unprepared?

I know there are online headshops that will ship here but I wanted to know whether or not I am on terra firma as regards the law here.

Any info greatly appreciated.

I thought they just made a law that makes fresh shrooms also illegal :crazy:

That law hasnt been passed / taken affect as of yet...

Dunno about legality in Ireland, a friend used to always get shrooms there, not sure if he was gettin them from a headshop or a dealer tho..

County Waterford here, which is down the south east of the country. Let me know if you want some liberty caps for your visit!
