get some books

i reccommend anything by willaim blake, robert bruce, Robert A. Monroe, and many others.

read those..practice the tecniques, be patient and determined, dont give up....and you will be off in no time.

i dedicated myself for a while and had some fun but got out of the habit...i will have the occasional involuntary oobe though :smile:

i think lucidity.org or com might be a good sight to try if you cant afford to shell out for books. google search and you'll find plenty of good info.

Does it take strong minded people because i knew some people who tried this but they were not all mentally sound and well were not quite the same ever again...
