Looking for opinions on my fruiting chamber...

Hey guys. My current situation doesn't allow me to grow in the open, so I have come up with an idea.

I have this old mini fridge (minibar) that came out of a motel that bankrupted down the street from my house. I was trying to come up with a reason why this would not work... As long as I don't plug the sucker in, I could fruit a few casings in there right? I'll make sure to clean it furiously.

My only problem has been coming up with a way to maybe increase temps inside. If anyone knows of a way I could raise the temp inside so I could incubate inside this thing as well, that would be cool. There is already a hole at the back of it for a drip tray, so I could possibly fit some kind of heatpad and route the cord out the back to plug in the wall. Anyone got any ideas?

Then take out the cooling element and use the fan that is in there for air circulation. and then you could hook up a humidifier beside it with a hose goin in it for humidity.

incubation i used a fish heater with temp control in a empty vinegar bottle sealed it up with glue. never leaked and keeps it at the right temp i got mine for like 30 bucks. u could also use a milk jug. I used a file cabinet very sneaky has a lock 25 bucks there James bond shit u know, my girlfriend doesn't even know.

There is no fan in it. Hehehe, its pretty old. 80s style minibar with the wood finish.

Would a humidifier also increase temperature?

Hmmm... I'm gonna look into this fishtank heater thing. Thanks for the tip.

Yeah the whole reason I thought about it is because its got a lock. And only 1 key, which will be hanging around my neck 24/7 from now on. The only problem is now my beer is in my normal fridge, all my friends can help themselves... hehehe.
