Should be simple. Just open the cover and look for a bios reset jumper. Usually you just cross two pins with a jumper and it resets the bios, password and all.

Thanx for the tip...
I took this bitch apart down to the Motherboard and couldnt find any bios or reset bios jumper but when I put her back together she booted/configured but didnt ask me for a password this time. I want to hook her up with a version of Win95 thats leftover from a 386, can I use the same startup disk? I only ask cause its at a acquaintances house and I dont wanna track this guy down if its not going to be of any use.

I thouhgt 486 meant something else but is that the processor speed? If so then why is there a 2000 in front of it. 486's were cool a long time ago. It was like "whoa man youve got a 486; cool lets play games."

Gateway "2000" was the make and yes the "486" was the processor as in Intel 486 micro-processor and again "yes" its an old computer but fast enough to run a Windows95 and surf the net for alittle kid Im betting on.
