I suggest that you speed them up, if possible...

Oh wait, I understand why now... Because of the many posts that are here, all the old posts... Is that it?

Well if so, then I suggest you do this, or something along thse lines:
Take all the old posts and put a link to them so that they are still accessible, but out of the way. This way, people can still search and look at the oldr posts, and the new posts can load faster, therefore making everyone happy.
