modifying way Favorite Thread works

hey!

the favorite thread thingie is quite nice but actually the way it works
is more or less not too satisfiying.

once you toggle a thread as a favorite and tehere is new posts,
it will always kick you back to the page you set your favorite on,
instead of getting you to the new posts.

saying, i 'favorite' a thread on page 10, theres a new post, it got the
'NEW' symbole i click it and read it, allright.
meanwhile the thread grows to 20 pages, and i read them by browsing the thread manually (NOT OVER THE FAV THREAD LINK), it should:

1: check that i already read the new new stuff and remember that i
read it all up to page 20

2: if there is any new post, it shall throw me to the last post i READ
not the one i bookmarked it - b/c now, talking the 10 to 20 page thread example above, it will still kick me to page 10 .. instead of page 20

3: if the latest post was done by Myself it shouldnt inform me with the
NEW icon since i know i posted there myself ...

jeah these modifications would be real tight :smile:

The way the post tracking works is not that easy to implement this. Particulary with older threads, there is no information stored whether you already read this post or not.
