wild is extremely uncommon, cut it so that somebody may find it 20 years from now in the same spot.

it's like finding cubes. growing in the wild, you could look for years before you find any, or you could stumble on some after only looking for a while, or you could never find any.....
if you want some the internet can provide, and would be easier than looking all over the south west, but not as much fun.

Yeah, grow your own, don't try to steal it from the wild. PM me for a source where you can have seeds sent to you.

its possible to find in the wild, but a word of warning, if you get caught
taking any from the wild, it's not the law you will have to worry about, you
will welcome an arrest as opposed to what some of the comanche will do to you

every single species of cacti are protected internationally.  its called CITES....and teh whole family is appendix 2.  i dotn know which would be App. 1, but peyote would be a good candidate for sure.  its illegal to pick any wild cacti, but there are probably permits you can get.  or if your part of the church then your allowed.

moral of the story, cati are protected

well i ment that in principal you could look for ever and not find anything, and if you can find cubes easily that's great! and you are lucky cause some look for years before finding any.
