Spores and Syringes

i've seen some pretty good prices for spores and i was wondering if someone could help me find out how to get those spores into syringes so i could innculate the jars. can anyone help me? also where is the best places to get cheap good spores? im interested in P.C. Thailand Koh Samui especially. thanks
