MP3 Conversion to Shittier Quality

This might be reverse psychology or something...

I need to convert mp3's that are 256khz to something like 128, 92, or in that ball park to fit on this 128mb mp3 player I have....

I'd use CDEX. It's free on download.com (or P2P).

You will probably have to convert them to WAV first then back into your chosen bitrate of MP3. It doesn't take long.
