mungabunga from aslalavista.com has released his new HTTP brute force cracker...this program uses word lists to crack the password on HTTP web pages such as hotmail, yahoo or even pay to surf programs login screens. takes around 5 hours for it to do its job http://digilander.iol.it/irimias/dmt_guide.html this is for all u little hackers out there ;P

Cool link but its for DMT extraction not brute force cracking. Its interesting how you'll see commercials on TV about new enterprising software that is "highly secure for todays ecommerce sites". What I don't think people realize is that security may be getting more advanced, so are the crackers and toolz being used. Lana

The fact is most software today is a couple steps behind the crackers.

Here is a good http tool. It is designed for 'testing the security' of password protected sites. It also has usefull features such as a proxy scanner which scans on ports such as 8080 4480 etc for oppne proxyis which you can then use to perform the other things the program does anonymously. Its on this page at download.com
