Mj, Bitterpill and Friend's Sunday Cyan Hunt

WEll Today, BitterPill and I and a friend of his went cyan hunting in Seattle. While we saw dozens of pinners at one location, we photographed a few shrooms here and there.

later I took them to a spot where there use to be massive fruitings of cyans but no cyans were at this particular location for about three years.

In one of the bushesd, but exposed to anyone taking a look without moving the bushes, we found some rather large cyans with thin stems.

Here are six of those images from this particular place.











THis one here are star dust on it. See the sparklle. The larger uncropped image looks very magical with star Dust sparkles all over the ground, mulch and shrooms.

Bitterpill also photographed the same soggy blue ringers that @cro and I found last Wednesday, almost a week ago.

Here are my pictures from today. We didn't find that much overall but considering that it's mid December, I can't complain. Here are the rings that MJ and @cro posted last week.

yes folks, those are the same stuntzii's I photographed with @cro on Wednesday last l week. They were still hangin soggy but a few fresh ones were up and we saw some missing chunks of earth at the spot.

BitterPill, I and his friend then looked in the grass where I found blue Ringers a feww weeks before. There were about half a dozen deadly poisonous Conocybe filaris shrooms there as seen in my hand above take by BitterPill,

As usuall, it wasn't just my feet which were freeZing. BitterPill and his friend also had gym shoes on and are feets were froz.

The above message should have read as :

"our" feet are froz. Not "are" feet are froz, as i wrote above.

Here is the same group in MJs pics growing in a median.




My buddy who accompanied us on this trip was Souls. We both learned a lot about both actives and otherwise from MJ. He's an encyclopedia of stories and information :mushroom2:.

Thats what I said it was. WE found those today in a lawn where blue ringers grow prolifically. There were five or six in a small colony.

They are similar in effect tot he three dealy Galerinas and to the deadly white-gilled Amanitas.
