Some how, this history has got to be a key to the defeat of the useless war on drugs.

Has anyone tried to sue the government for allowing Prohibition to end?
And if so, was the rebuttle to that argument that it just doens't work?
Why couldn't that "rebuttle" be used for the war on drugs today?
Somewhere in this history of the united states, has got to hold the magic bullet that will LEGALLY start a change.

Could one actually sue the government over the drug war on the grounds that it is negligent, a gross misuse of taxes, incarcerates non-violent everyday citizens, and a huge lie?
