cuts are pussing!

I have multiple cuts on my leg, all over from my shins to my thighs. Now for some reason they all turned into a red bump with puss, like a huuuugeee zit. My leg feels weird and on my knee where there are 3 infected cuts, my knee hurts when putting pressure on it or bending it. Does anyone know why, or is it just a standard infection?

take a bath in epsom salts.. then treat with
h2o2, and an antibacterial salve/ointment...
If it doesn't change in 2 days go to the doctor..

its infected. Keep it clean and you may need to see a doctor. Pour some alcohol on it.

redness + puss = infection

cover them in antibacterial lotion, go see a doctor if it hasnt cleared up within a few days
