New Radiohead DVD: "The Most Gigantic Lying Mouth of all Time"

Radiohead has made a new DVD! :heart: :cool: It sounds amazing ... I think it is gonna be great to throw on during a trip. Animations and video set to their album "Hail to the Thief" and I am 99% sure these are new videos, not the music videos. They call it "The Most Gigantic Lying Mouth of all Time" (which I am sure is not a reference to Bush just like "Hail to the Thief" wasnt :smirk:)

Radiohead Television, a 110 minute excursion into the bizarre.

From a glass-walled boardroom in west London, via a small spare room in Willesden, past the flood-torn wastes of Cornwall and the landfill sites of 'picturesque' rural Oxfordshire, a carefully-vetted team of 'experts' has been plotting to create a DVD containing films, animations and music never heard before. Channel 4 wouldn't show it, for reasons that remain unclear. The BBC were busy. ITV and Channel 5 simply pretended we didn't exist. But our 'experts' are certain that the discerning public must be allowed to view this material.

Containing music from Radiohead's 'Hail to the Thief' as well as tracks unreleased before, set to a collection of perhaps the strangest videos you've seen on your teevee, and introduced by the one-and-only, the incorrigible, the indefatigable, the certifiable Chieftan Mews...

It is, without doubt, The Most Gigantic Lying Mouth of all Time.

sounds awesome :thumbup: although radiohead is one of my favorite bands, i can't listen to them while tripping. maybe the videos will make up for it though..at bonnaroo last summer i was waiting for dave matthews and trey and friends to play, and it was like 45 min. before their set. i was having a very intense mush come-up, sitting on a blanket when the field started to fill up around me.  all i could see were thousands of legs and feet all around me and radiohead over the PA and it just started getting to me..it got a little too intense and i had to go lay in the grass. so i don't really care for radiohead while tripping, but i'll be sure to get this dvd :smile:

yea to each his own - I love how intense Radiohead is for a trip ... its a bit like "taking a lashing" as my friend put it. Radiohead was like the soundtrack at Bonnaroo to fill in between sets ... they were on the PA before the Dead came on too ... I was lovin it.

I will listen to it because i like radiohead, but i have to say it sucks when i turn off the evening brainwashing (news) only to put on headphones and hear these people make music, the most sacred thing to me, about stupid political crap and bullshit like that. sigh

Hah, I was way in the back under the tent trying to say dry before the Dead! Also having another crazy mush comeup... don't remember radiohead that time though
