Art While Tripping

alright, i am a little confused with this art page. i love alot of the work here, but i am not sure about some things.

the art that i have seen, was this done durring a trip or to enhance a trip or just for pleasure...

it always seemed to me that the best art (not saying i am right) are the ones done while your rolling your balls off or tripping to the hardcore max extreme.

my art when ever I trip always just kinda comes to me, and if i try to paint or sketch when i am not in the mood, it just dosent happen for me. then when i am in the mood, everytime i draw one object, it evolves into another one, and in the morning when i wake up its usually turns into a crazy mural of inspriation... my only regrets is surrounding myself with linned paper... damn that paper.

It's from whenever... there are no requirements. It is just a place for people who enjoy Shrooms, Art, Music, and Literature to congregate and share with eachother.

That being said... I find that the absolute best time to create is immediately AFTER a trip, not during... during I am too fucked up to make much of anything... but after, as I reflect upon the experience, is when the juices REALLY start flowing.

I have written MANY songs the day after a hardcore trip.

i agee totally JS. I usually cant muster up the focus to work while in the middle of an intense trip. I will sketch for briefs amounts of time, but can not sit down and work for extended periods of time during the peek. I prefer to wait till the next day and work under the pleasant gaze of the afterglow. I do want to set up for a painting to do while tripping soon. I need to get everything ready so that I dont have to worry about setting up brushes and easels and stuff. I only work in oils now, so its gonna be messy, and Im sure Ill destroy some brushes. I think I'll hide the really good ones as not to tempt myself, unless I know Ill clean em off when Im done.
