Huh, seems to me you said that it was a myth in general. that is a manslaughter charge that i posted about, and it is for giving someone a drug. Seems not so much of a myth to me.

Okay, it seems like were getting a little off topic here. The bottom line is that yes if you get caught growing illegal mushrooms and you did some, all, or any part of the production of that in your parents house you can get them in trouble.

this thread is fucking hilarious. Mrfriendly, if you dont intend to grow illegal mushrooms with the jars being PCing then why do you need an excuse to PC jars. If you're trying to feed birds or grow gormet mushrooms then tell them that.

and just to let you know, if you produce methamphetamine you will get charged with attempted manslaughter. Production of drugs usualy can be proven to be INTENT TO DELIVER/Distrubute. So you produce a drug that can hypotheticaly kill someone, and thats manslaughter. At SIU two or three years ago someone was convicted of manslaughter for the suicide death of someone. This person didn't sell it too him, they mearly made the LSD he had taken. The person who sold him the hit(s) was also arrested and charged with manslaughter. They are both still in jail. Mushrooms are basicaly gonna be viewed the same way as LSD.

Fuck, I got kinda confused reading through most of that... so I just kinda skipped to the end.

But I was thinking that you could say something along the lines of growing callous tissue for a project you were doing in school.

I just did an independent project for botany along those lines, it require sterile work and what not... It's definately BS cause you wouldn't need jars of birdsee really, but it does sound like a legit excuse, to someone that really doesn't know much about this sort of stuff...

Hey how about this. Tell your friend to buy a stove. Or how about you buy a house. Either way someones gonna try to grow mushrooms...and by the sounds of it...will be unsucessful. I cannot forsee a kid actually doing this correctly without all the materials necessary, and if a stove is absent...well I dont need to say much more.
