With tomorrow being Thanksgiving and because of work Im going to spend the day home, alone, with nobody :mad:...


Sooo I will be putting a whole turkey breast on the rotiserie with soaked hickery chips and lots of spicy seasonings.

Plus a pot of mexican beans, fresh salsa, corn tortillas and rice.

Definetly pics will be comming..  But today I changed my mind about the menu..

I just got to have the traditional Thanksgiving meal..

Soooo Im still doing the turkey on the rotiserie and Im still gona have a kinda spicy rub and injection on/in it but I plan to make stuffing, yams, garlic potatoes and a special desert.

Lots of people in my family are away, either in Iraq or just out of state so weve all agreed to e-mail pics back and forth all day.  Just doing stupid shit and chatting on the PC..  Were even renting some movies and gona start them at the same time and watch them together, just like we would do if we were together in the same house..

But sadly were not.    I hate spending the holidays alone.

But I gots plenty of beer too..  Soo all is OK with me...  :smile:
