fruiting ENOKITAKE on logs

this is an alder-log incubated with woodchips/bran masterspawn that i did from a clone of a wild flammulina velutipes....first fruits appeared after nine months in january...

the pic you find as attachment...(dont know how to do it different)

they have a sweet pleasant taste...and also they support yor immunity-system
goodm in soups, sauces, and pickled.
