Looks like a broiled penis on top of a lovely plate of regurgitated relish and white nice. does a white wine go well with this dish? I bet it does.

Awesome, you reminded me of my trip to germany and the delicious food there.

My cousin was stationed near frankfurt, but in a very rural section. The people around there hardly ever see tourists. My cousin had a german friend who took us to this really backcountry resturant that was obviously a local favorite, it was packed!

We kind of just pointed and randomly picked the food, but I ended up with a truly delicious meal. It looked like that, except the meat was brown and it the bottom was saurkrautish. It was the kind of meal that made you taste things you've never thought of, all from a weiner and cabbage! :smile:

Heerlijk! Ik heb het zelf gemaakt, de worst is alleen niet biologisch en het zou heel goed kunnen dat er misschien een paard of ezeltje in zat. Hij was in ieder geval wel erg lekker.

In my experience most Americans seem to be very afraid of "strange" looking foods. But I can't possibly interpret that food as looking strange, im amazed some people here are actually disgusted by it :p

hehe, thanks, I'm American but I lived in A'dam for awhile. I really like Dutch so I learned it from the TV (lingo and sesamstraat, etc), the words are just great. I miss Dutchlandia super-bad. Anyway, someone eat a garnaalkroket for me, although there's maybe paarden in there too :smile:
