Found these out in a cow field in middle TN today. They look alot like Pan Subbs to me..what do you all think?

I'd say you got Pan subbs for sure. Only other thing w/ black spores that might look similar would be another Panaeolus species, & none of those are known to be poisonous.

a friend lives in middle TN, if those werent on dung, i dont know. THere has been a huge recent flush of lawnmower mushrooms, that look similar. THey are kinda yellow/gold in the center, then might have a ring. They arent poisonous i think, but be carefull. I havent personally gone hunting around here, i saw some picks of pan subs from mid tn the other day, but there has been like hundreds of those in my friends front lawn.

These were growing mostly on the manured soil around the cow feeders some of them directly out of dung patties...not on a lawn. :) So perhaps I did score eh>?

ive never seen pan subbs up close but ive seen plenty of pictures on here and those look a lot like em..pretty sure you scored..

looks like you may have a few other panaeolus shrooms in that pick, hard to tell, but hey, its all going to the same place :)
