The reason is simple: right now guys are MUCH more likely to spend a lot of time online than girls are.

If most people on the net are guys, then of course most people on a board on the net will be guys.

There aren't enough chick geeks to go around, that's the other major problem :frown:

I don't think it's quite as simple as that.  There are other message boards that have a more even guy-girl balance.  I used to post on a raving message board that was about 50-50.

in my experience, the 'coolest' chic's are the ones that were raised up with, or hang around mostly Males.

they are the 2%. the others are usually concerned with superificial dribble.

I think that it's mostly a gender gardening thing.I don't know about you but my Great Grandparents had a garden,my Grand Parents did my Father does and I do too.The men planted the gardens and went mushroom picking and now I do too.If I ever wanted to visit my Grandfather I knew better than to knock on the door I just walked to the garden.It only makes sense that somewhere where you find information about what it essentially gardening would attract more men than women...at least it makes sense to me.
Think about it...Who did/does the gardening in your family?
And there is the the legality of it too.Women are less likely to commit a crime(Grow op Cultivate shrooms etc.)than men.
They just aren't as dumb as us and take less risks.
Men see it as economical too"I'm not paying $4 for 2 damn tomatoes!"
or "$15 for a gram of shrooms!!!I'll grow my own!"
While women are more likely to enjoy shopping men just feel cheap about it.It's a challenge and it's a hobby.
They are different creatures and they live longer.They also get in less trouble.

i'd definitely agree with that!

most the girls i actually have liked in the past always have more guy friends and a few good girlfriends that are like them.

it just demonstrates how laid back they are...

True. Its frusterating dating chicks like that cuz they got all these guy friends though. Even though there the best ones to hang and party with.

Emphasizing on Peterthinkgs statement, maybe its just that some girls would rather freeload from other guys than provide for themselves. Isnt that the way society is drawn out, guys work and girls take care of the home/kids and spend the money. Men see that some things can be obtained more effeciently that just throwing down cash while Im sure "most" woman don't notice this factor for its not their money thats being spent. <----this does not apply to everybody
Im not I would put crime and cultivating shrooms in the same category either...psiillythinks
