ok Im urgent cause I am just starting to do it today, but should I keep the jar sealed with tape to keep humitity in and how should I maintain it. Please help

no, take tape off to allow air exchange, dont fuck with it except to dry glass off or pick mushies...........

basically Just innoculate as the reg PF method then just let the mycelium take over and wait for shrooms to pop up... keeping the right temps all the time, no need to regulate humidity... foaf just lets em sit in a small space with a light on 24/7 which provides heat and light.. just checks em every week till fully colonized,  has yet to see a fruit, jars are like 3/4 colonized =) have fun! hope i helped

Surgical tape is also an option. It allows gas echange but keeps nasties out. Really a moot point at this stage, but there ya go.
