Just because you are a republican does not mean your vote is instantly decided. America has witnessed in the last few decades a weakening of party loyalty.

No, but did you read what he said? It was blatant Bush promotion ("he's the only one capable of solving the problem").

What he said actutally sounds to me like the perspective of a lot of undecided voters. He also makes the point that thee are big problems and that bush caused them. Many people think that Bush can handle foriegn affairs much better than Kerry. His quote on bush and kerry both sounded quite non-partisan.
