Pressure Cooking 2 times.. too much?

OK... Here I go.. I pressure cooked birdseed that i soaked in warm water for about 20 mins. I didn't add any water when I put the damn jars in the pressure cooker. When I took out the jars, they were pretty dry. Not really dry, but you could tell they were dry. Well, I added water to all the 1/2pint jars and put those fucks in the pressure cooker @ 15psi and left them there for an hour. You think I would have contaminants or do you think I am good to go?

I wouldn`t worry about contams, just water content.
