Weekend Beer Review
    #3210961 -

So i picked up a 6 pack of michelob amber bock and it's not bad for an anheuser-busch beer.  Definitely not a bock though.  Nice deep color and thin head.  A stronger than average smell of corniness.  Almost sweet in the nose..kind of like caramel.  Overall i'd say it's pretty damn good.  Not bad for a mainstream dark lager. It'll definitely be in my rotation.
I'd give it a 3.5 maybe 4 out of 5.

Amber Bock is my beer of choice when my buds and I go out to the bars.

My favorite local bar ran out of amber bock on Saturday night. My group was mad... that's all we ever drink at that bar (which we go to several times a week). I made a real pouty face when the bar tendress told she was out and relunctly chose a pitcher of Bud Lite.... and she gave it to me on the house!
