Yellow Fly Agaric?

Hey,

i was looking around the neighborhood and found these large and also small looking yellow shrooms with white warts on it. I have been looking over and over again through the net and think that they are Yellow Fly Agaric Shrooms from the Amanita species.

This is just one of the ones i picked and took a picture of...



They look just like this, identical....

that pic is SO tiny, i cant tell if it has warts or not...

Was there any ones opened up near it? Then it's easy to tell. Looks like one to me. Fly Agarics grow like mad arround my house and I've seen them at all stages of their life and I've seen what sun can do to them. Usually the small ones I see are more red than that, but it appears to be really sunbaked.

Its a Stropharia mushroom not an Amanita. i tried today to post six different pictures in different forums and the hookup link formt he shroomery is not aloowing any images to be posted right now.
