Still..I don't know if I'd give less credence to alot of the information he has gathered for something so miniscule..I think alot of people might realize he has a very important message to deliver if they would just try taking him a little more seriously and actually take the time to listen to what he has to say. Yes, he does seem to exaggerate on some points sometimes, but in general I think what he is trying to make clear to people is that the direction in which we as a species are headed toward - so long as we continue submitting to all these mind games, and refaining from coming together and putting a stop to the apparent power trip these owl god worshipping nut cases are currently on is nothing short of frightning. Nobody is being forced to buy into any of it, though I'd find it pretty difficult not to considering a majority of his sources come directly from mainstream news and interviews with a variety of pretty credible people.

I think in that particular case he's basically trying to point out that smaller 'crimes' are quickly becoming senselessly highly punishable, with emphasis on the fact that the feds and their ever growing law enforcement organizations are clearly getting way out of control. How can jaywalking in some cases 'not' be considered a threat to human life? He's just giving somewhat of an extreme example. If people intend on waiting until patriot act II passes to finally start taking some of this stuff seriously, by the time that happens it might be too late for us to do a whole lot about it. Once they implement their new rules and finally get their desired grip on things, I highly doubt they are going to want to let it all slip away. Now is the time to stand up and start saying no to these power hungry sob's, otherwise, like a stunned deer in the road with headlights appearing out of nowhere heading right for it, it's going to smack us so hard we're not even gonna know who or what hit us..until we all finally stop and take a look around ourselves and realize we're already incrementally being submerged deeper and deeper into their authoritative fantasy of ultimate control, I guess most of us will just happily continue on with our blind march into some kind of an Orwellian police state hellhole.
