WOW straight verm casing

Alright, so a while back i posted about a cake that had stalled and developed wet spot.  I had decided to case it in straight verm just for shits and giggles.  I cut out all the wet spot.  crumbled the cake in un sterilzed verm in a unsterized gallon distilled water jug cut in 1/2.  It was a feeble attempt at making a terrerium.  I allowed this to sit in my incubator for 5-7 days.  i opned it up to see myc poking it head thru the even layer of verm.  I thought to my self wow isnt that neat.  So i allowed it to sit in its self contained terrium for a couple more days, nothing happend.  Thats when i said well fuck it all my cakes had fruited i had harvested now would be the time to throw it in my pmp while i was dunking all my cakes.  Next thing i know i took it out tonight to peek at it, well HOLY SHIT theirs pins everywhere! this was my first attempt at a casing with no sterizing and a very terrible attempt with little or no hope for success.  And by cracky i got sucess! :cool: :cool: :cool: :cool: :cool:

thats whats good abotu cseings you need very little if any sterlizing

1 moistend the verm

2. nuke it for 5minutes

3 let cool

4 case

yeah you really dont need to i never did when i cased with organic soil but that is prone to contams and gnats
