I have seen an interesting question posted in mjshroomer's thread about countries with psylocibian mushrooms. The question was something like what psylocibian mushrooms grow on manure and what poisonous? I want to ask again what poisonous mushrooms grow on manure!

I have yet ever to find a poisonous mushroom fruiting directly from a cow pie. However, I must note that many poiisonous mushrooms will grow out of manured soil, through grass, such as Galerina, and even Lepiotas aned others which will be found in lawns in public places such as parks and grassy areas along sidewalks. There are poisonous look-a-likes posted at my site at: http://mjshromer.yage.net/species.html. Go there and click on the poisonous look-a-likes click me bar. I show P. stuntzii and P. cyanescens along side of images of Galerina autumnalis and Galerina marginata. The image of Galerina in Stamets book were place next to each other by the author to show how they can grow side by side. The Galerina's and Conocybe filaris, also deadly, grow profusely in alder wood chips and bark mulch, especially in gardens and they grow side by side with P. stuntzii, P. cyanescens and even with P. pelliculaosa in logging areas. mj

I don't know why, but I think that the link you gave me is broken. Maybe my mistake.
