I think the practical thing to do is buying a book and applying the techniques that it advices. start with keeping a dream diary. keep it under your pilow and the moment you wake up from your dream, start recording them. sooner or later, you will realise there are various patterns or weird things or symbols. once you understand those, you can be able to understand that your in a dream and start taking the control.

i've never had much trouble deciphering my own dreams. sometimes they are just complete nonsense and i don't really think there is any meaning behind it.

You guys have been in my dreams too. Lately- Pillow, Mndfreeze, YEM and Merkaba have visited me in dreamland.

The only other Shroomerite who's been in my dreams is HB. So far, I have yet to meet a Shroomerite in my dreams who I haven't met in real life.

hah, me too...the only time I will dream something from shroomery is like when something is so outrageous I can;t help think about it in my subconscious at night
