Thanks ryche! I've been afraid of trying to cultivate the Panaeolus sp. because I thought they would be difficult and I would be just waisting my money, now I think I will have to try it out.
I can see a world where this is no poverty and no war, I can also see us attacking that world because they would never expect it.

H? Ralph, this is one fantastic guide for me trying to grow them for the first time, can I change just a couple of things for myself with comments of you? I use 3/4 pint jars are they ok 2? Should the mixing spawn/compost be done sterile? Can I use a flowhood to cool the jars instead of the oven tek? Thanks for the info your a good guy!

Ralph I got a print from ya a while back ....little suckers are very light...excellent germination results on a brf mix with manure blended in.....growth seems very nice ....super fine there were a few days when I almost thought I had me a dozen jars of cobweb...Anyway from my observations the mycelium seems much more grey than cub's but whitens up later...fuckers are quick though I was tripping a handful of these mean little mothers before I cased me eq's started the same time.....very kind little dudes indeed......boiled me an eigth second time climbed a mountain an spoke with jah for a few....well worth the $10....don't see um being commercially exploited.....but definitely an improvement on the cub's as far as dizzyness or nausea is concerned.....tiny fruit took me I bet 100 dry for an eith oz, but I had a super thin substrate.......just for the record I took 1 jar and left it an extra week when i cased the others then birthed it on a terra cotta saucer in a perilite terr close to 80 deg and I got amazing results more dry per 1/2 pint than casing yeilded...had to add that just so people still experiment....cloned a couple dozen for agar exp....I'll get a digi cam around here for the next results.
