Got a lil question

hey i have about 1 maybee 1.5, no more than 2 grams of mush that is maybee 2 or 3 months old (it is left over from when i did it with my friends a while ago) It is all shake and powder pretty much and i was wondering first, if it would even be safe to consume, and second if it would be safe then what do you think would be the best way to consume it so that i will not have to eat the powder because i hate eating powder..i had to do it once and it was sick  :projectile:
I was thinking that somehow putting the shake in a tea bag or somethin then making tea out of it, but im not even sure if this would let me get the effects i want...what do u guys think?

you can make tea out of it for sure.
you could also take some ginseng capsules empty them out and put the powder in there.
you could swallow the powder with some OJ
you could just eat the powder, its not that bad.

yea its been hidden in my ps2 in a lil compartment in sealed ziplock bags and has only been opened once and that was like a week ago and that capsule idea sounds very good..how do u get them open tho jus pull or are they glued shut?

they just slide apart. don't use any weird herbs or anything, or any medication. keep it safe and use ginseng. or something you know is safe.

for tea you could put the powder in a coffee filter and tie it closed nice and tight then just boil it.

cant wash it there gelcapsules. made of gelatin. that's how they dissolve in your stomach.

use something like, gingo biloba, vitamin c(do they make vit c gelcaps?)garlic, any B vitamin, multi vitamin, i dunno something that's not a medication.

capsules don't "wash" so well.... just make some tea or something.... mebe mix it with a pudding?

im not sayin i dont have ginseng i jus cant check rite now but are you sayin that i could use any capsule that doesnt have a prescription or a capsule that isnt made to treat any sicknesses Eg. tylenol

you probably honestly could use any gelcapsule, you can also buy them bulk at health food stores, and they havent been used. there cheap. and if you dont like to eat your mushrooms maybe you should check them out?

yah..
powder shake you say? make sure thats all aborts and snapoffs, and not like casing shake. Sometimes people dont clean them off to well and a lot of shake in bigger bags forms of that stuff. usually not much, but its nasty and doesnt do anything.

oh and gelcaps.. my local dollar store sells herbs in gelcaps, thats like 60 for a dollar plus tax. the herbs themselves are shitty ripoffs so might as well  :grin:
