Make shure they are completely dry, before you proceed....
and test the potency starting always low ;) Good luck!

If they are fresh the honey will have a bad taste ... but nothing will pass to you if you eat the shrooms in this way , the water of the mushrooms and the honey mix and stabilice the solution and can last for a year ...... i?m suire of this cos in Palenque the natives do this with the shrooms and is normal the honey will taste "bad" ... but is safe

Ok honey sounds like the preservation technique for me. But I still haven't gotten any definitive answers on how to dose with honey preserved shrooms. I've never tripped before so I definitly don't want one of my first trips to be too much.

you just have to eat the same amount you should eat dry or fresh , with honey , just take 50% honey 50% mushrooms .. depends the time passed since you put the shrooms in the honey , cos the honey absorb the psylocibin .. so you just have to try .......

Though I would have to recommend that if you mix half shrooms/half honey you do it with dry shrooms because wet shrooms take up a hell of a lot more space than dry ones, and so you'll have to use a hell of a lot more honey for wet mushies. And trust me, trying to down a lot of honey is not as easy as it seems.

Entheogen, it sounds like you've done this yourself! Have you? I am interested in this too, though I'm thinking about vaccum packing...dry ice sounds nice too.

What i meant was, that the honey will taste "bad", not because of the shrooms,(i like their taste) but because of the honey been mixed with water. My parents produce their own honey, and told me that , even when a single drop of water is mixed with it, it ruins it(makes it sour). I think its a very good way of preservation though, specialy if one likes honey.Just make shure, u mix dry shrooms+honey, in the proper analogy, so you wont have to consume too much every time you wanna dose ;) TEST the final product by starting with low doses, + use math to pick a proper dose, by weighting honey+shroom weights before and after well mixed mix, to know the total shroom weight you consume in every x weight of honey-shroom mix. i hope it sounds like i want it too.heehe....

i was just thinking along the same lines
i'm gonna do this with my personal stash ... i plan on totaly saturating the shroom powder with honey... i want to make it where there is more powder than honey ( cause i cant eat that much be4 it starts to taste nasty) i hope to make it like a 4:1 ratio of shroom to honey so i can just mix it in w/ tea or what ever... if this works this is the BANGINEST gift ... hope it works ... peace
