.. nuerons forming connections with nuerons and their interactions.. the way memory is stored.. the way we can read thoughts now.. ( was reading a bit about that, a bit.. freaky.. but apparently the technology exists now, to an extent )
You know, we CAN see nuerons moving and such

but that still doesn't explain how we percieve thoughts or where they come from that just explains how the brain works to percieve these thoughts...

I thought the point of skepticism was not to arrive at any conclusions.

Yes.
Without things to experience, we probably could not think.

It's pretty simple, actually: Question everything.

i don't want to know about thought i have my own beleifs where thoughts come from and such. i want to see how skeptics can explain and justify how they think about thoughts and where they come from.

the origin of consience is unknown. Proliferation/Termination of neuronal pathways, or plasticity, does compensate for a maturing brain, but the reticular fashion of this growth and variability is unique for everyone. Nonetheless, plasticity, or your brain for that matter, merely organizes all the patterning to give you a front seat in experiencing perception. Unfortunately, to answer your question, the origin of conscience itself isn't known and's open to useless theoretical application, but it goes as far as cortical tissue in search for it. I say accept that consciousness is abstract to possible registration, atleast in our lifetimes, and just cling to our pathetic convictions of its existance.

ah, i believe that there is some level of a vocal type module seated somewhere in the brain that mayhap be responsible for such random generation for decision making. Everything else is involuntary. I can't answer where exactly such a "module's" locus would be...
