Yes. A few times a month for the last few months. I think that it's kinda a weaker strain too though.

some fresh Ochra last night for me, 'tatin and music. I set my intentions, took the swig and the tea came on so quick.
reused my playlist from last week, fantastic laying on the couch. I'd lit up a little alter we set for our deceased cat, with her picture surrounded by marigolds on the frame- like an oferenda type decoration all over there. With led candles. And just lay in the dark with that it up. Beautiful deep oranges with the flicker & dark.

Some time became so floaty, and music becoming some borderline tactile experience, revelling in synergy of music, breath, shrooms.

Usually I'll cry a decent amount on that type of trip but not this time. I didn't push an emotional agenda, but did expect a bit more 'resistance' since usually my cathartic shroom experiences necesarily have an aspect of trade off like that.

But feels as though, shroom by shroom easing the heebie jeebies I got from wickedly strong zapo trip back in june:lol: next time, it's Tampanensis turn!

And though I did take @Belome recent foray into weedless trippin onboard and only have cbd nugs before & during the trip, I did grab a toot of thc on the comedown and it ramped CEV stuff nicely- the song 'up in the clouds' or something from Rayman origins done me nciely haha. But cbd is fantastic to rip on shrooms,  A nice companion to deeper relaxtion.

Today, some lsd down the hatch. Psilo on the night time, acid following day is a real delicacy IMO

Its a beautiful autumn morning, birds are cheeping- going to the woods with my gf a while and then will retire for a 4k horror fest.

I actually did expect a bit more outta the 8.7 grams. I'm usually about 2 weeks apart between trips. Tolerance can't last that long can it? I never experienced the kind of ego death and full dive reality replacement that Terrance McKenna talked about which he says came with 5 dried grams. Can't seem to get there in my 3 years or so of using psychedelics. I've considered getting Syrian rue. Is it legit to ask for a source for Syrian rue here? I look on Amazon and it just lists "rue" so I dont know if its what I'm looking for. And I'm hearing its dangerous when taken with certain foods so must be empty stomach. I want to upgrade to psilohuasca.
I would like to switch to other psychedelics to see if that works but all I got are shrooms. So some other time I know we can't source that shit here.

i think 2 weeks is a minimum, ideally 3, but even at that frequency some magic is lost. hard to say how much of it is you and how much of it is the shrooms being weak. the hardest i ever tripped was on 1.5g of GTs after a 17 year break. go figure.

i think chasing "ego death" is self defeating. whenever i worry about how hard i'm not tripping i kinda miss out on how hard i actually am tripping. sometimes you need to forget about reaching some end point with it and let it just be what it is. i'd try taking a month or 2 off rather than force it with syrian rue. maybe this is a sign that the shrooms are wanting a little more respect from you.

Oh I'm definitely chill and relaxed when trippn. Not worrying in the moment of the visuals. It was quite magnificent looking at trees and stuff outside I just didn't really plan ahead for being outside. Should a done better and I'm thinking in would have got good OEV's if I was less out in the open. Perhaps could a hid in the part of my yard that's fenced where you can't really see me with a lawn chair and I'd be able to look at my hydra tree. What happened most during the trip while inside was less visual and much more introspective and the end result was I think I was being taught more than entertained this time. But when it ended while I'm quite happy I'm still thinkn... Weres my visual quest at? Well... I fucked up the outdoor setting for one thing. But yea.. Syrian rue sounds nice right about now either way even if I just store it and have it on hand when ready.

I've also mastered brewing the fly agaric and wondering if maybe this would combine well with cubes for trippn? Not at the 15 gram dose I had once as that was uncomfortable even though the visuals were quite nice. My open eye vision was extremely blurry like swimming in a chlorinated pool with eyes open for a real long time. Worst of it was sweating bullets and feeling like I was freezing cold at room temp and bundled up in blankets. I was still 100% lucid.

When I began my psychedelic journeys my friend who got me into it was often very intruiged with how well I remain lucid and maintain a grip at high doses. Could also be a me thing perhaps? Highly tolerant. I shouldn't let this get to my head though.

Yea. Started slow. Built up to where I'm at now. I do suspect I'm pretty tolerant more than just innately. I'm likely due for a break. For me a month would be awhile.
I'm beginning to remember things from the 8.7g trip that were really important all of the sudden. Like one thing I had while looking outside was that "this here, this is heaven!" Was what the trip was telling me. Not the trip itself, the mushroom, or the substance. It was the state of being I had achieved. A home, a family, a job, being able to experience. Then being able to grow something from nature like this and use it to my advantage. Its real power, more so than any weapon, money, or status. I was happy in that moment thinking I'm just going to be a cosmic blink in the grand scheme of eternity. I began to cherish that fact. And that if life is a cycle ideally this life I'm living and all its mundanity is in fact heaven. Not too much pleasure, not too much pain just the perfect balance of it. Which is why, we are not allowed to trip perpetually as fun as that sounds. And its why the trip is fun yet also scary.
Then of course closer to the beginning of the trip I did have some hellish demonic visuals. Usually when I get these I see teeth. Lots of teeth in really demonically weird angles and stuff and eyes all deformed in like walls of undead flesh. Its really weird though that this stuff never scares me in fact the first time it happened my instinct was to focus very very closely and have all my senses widely aware of the vision, and then tell myself, 'modulate your thoughts if you feel icky your going to see icky" then the bad stuff vanishes.
I can see how some people can lose it. I'm finding I navigate all this very well so far.
But I'm still thinking I'm gonna find a level that I won't be able to manage well.
Probably when I bust out the Syrian rue.

8g trips just for a vision...basically, a sparkly & enchanting dream.  It's better for your health to wait until tolerance levels reduce to the extent that you can experience such things off less than 4 grams or less.

Also, terming what you yourself envision as 'demonic' is in fact not a genuine vision.  I mean that specifically in the sense that such a term means next to absolutely nothing without also having already been introduced or inculcated with a dualistic schema of 'demons-&-angels'.

i.e., Its neither - but emotions felt in tandem with hallucinatory vision easily remits such ways of thinking about what one's dreaming at the time...tripping.

lil shroom tea on empty stomach got me ridin a jittery wave for 30mins. then turned into some nice delicate prisms covering surfaces... i used only blue aborts from the cake + lemon. lots of psilocin i guess, i prefer psilocybin

diving back in!

made tea from 3.12 grams of this same bag of GTs. last time was 1 week after my previous trip. normally i don't do it that frequently but that previous trip was a bit on the underwhelming side. now i've had a 3 week break. also another friday down, that's 6 weeks without weed. reason enough to celebrate!

this time i "accidentally" let a bunch of the powderized shrooms escape the teabag. ooops! :biggrin:

just chugged it all!

feeling this trip in my skin a lot. like im just buzzing or something

another oddly lucid trip where i think its over but then i sit up and realize fuck no it isnt

earlier i remembered when i was a kid and i would lie in my bed unable to go to sleep i used to be able to get into trance by playing the spinning game, where i would imagine myself spinning and tumbling around, pitch yaw and roll, in a big open void and letting myself go along with this force without trying to direct it in any specific direction and let it just go around and around. managed to get that going again tonight. very glad i remembered this

aw man the comedown came early again. not impressed with this bag!

still a good trip, im still happy, it was just not enough.

earlier today, or yesterday now, i finally found some agar-agar powder at a little grocer in chinatown. this crappy bag of GTs has just lit a fire under my ass to get my own growing so i can stop using these unreliable vendors. who the fuck even knows how old these are
