Been microdosing almost daily for years now

and i highly recommend it๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ„

Mostly shrooms and i had a few geltabs of acid a while back.

It has helped tremendously with depression, headaches i used to get and my memory.
Helps me not smoke so much weed too, sometimes ill microdose twice a day.

Anyone else?

Cool,
Iโ€™ve found microdosing really helps with my mood and overall outlook on life as well.

But isnโ€™t microdosing daily kind of pointless because you need the tolerance reset ?

Iโ€™ve always heard that every three days is recommended and anything sooner has diminishing returns?

I dont seem to build up any tolerance.
Ill take breaks sure just from getting busy with other stuff, def not doin it 7 days a week lol.

But it makes weed hit a lot harder so it actually keeps my weed tolerance low and makes me toke less.

The tolerance only applies if you're trying to take a trip. The whole point of microdosing is to take a sub threshold dose. Your body is still metabolizing it even if it's not effecting your subjective experience.
