Mescaline is so pukey

My third or 4th time doing it the other time just some nausea mild but this time there was projectile vomit

650 mg mescaline hcl (no idea how much i puked back out, i took it on empty stomach)

I read Jerry Garcia preferred LSD over mescaline because of puking, and i get it, that was unpleasant if i ever thought about taking this stuff at a concert this experience shows me why thats a terrible idea for me. LSD is a fraction of the cost and no puking i see why it won over the psychedelic consumer. I dont see any real reason to take mescaline besides the novelty. I didn't think pure mescaline would be so pukey like cactus, this puking is a deal breaker

Split the dose. 350 now, 350 an hour later. Stay away from red salmon and diethyl ether. Be careful with the coke.

That's like 2 to 3 times the normal dose, no wonder you puked. :smile:

As UnderNose said, split and stagger your dose to prevent nausea.

Mescaline is awesome. It's no novelty, maesc has been around in western culture and been heavily studied like 50 years longer than LSD.

I saw a german video recently where they ordered a gram of mescaline HCl off the dark web, one of them took 250mg, the other 350mg.

The 250mg guy, who already took a lot as HCL is much stronger than the sulphate Huxley took a quarter gram of, had uneasy stomach complaints, the 350mg guy had serious puking episodes.

Less is more with Mescaline.

Using san pedro cactus, my cardiac nitroglycerine spray went round a few times to combat (non-cardiac) vasoconstriction.

Mescaline is great stuff, but its low potency high side effect stuff.

Its unfortunate it needs such large ammont of something that's relatively rare while getting the unwanted side effects at the higher dosages.

If only there were a way to do a lil Shulgin magic using mesc as a starting ingredient to make something more potent like the 2c series.

I guess I'm lucky, I've never gotten nausea from mescaline or cactus. My first time was 500mg hcl, no stomach issues at all.

I bet if I ate a basket full of peyote I'd puke at some point though.

There are mesc analogs like MAL that are a lot more potent by weight. I haven't tried any personally, but they are around.

The 2C series IS that magic!

If you take a mescaline molecule, pull one of the meta MeO’s to the ortho, then swap out the para oxygen with a methylene, you get 2C-E, a formidable entheogen far more potent with way less side effects.

I would still consider taking more maybe 700 next time, but staggering doses sound like a great idea. The closest thing i can say to this that i have done is 2-cb. First time i did this i took 300 mg and barely felt anything the next time 500 and it was still not enough, even though the product tests pure and its weeks since last trip maybe i'm a hard head.

It fucking expensive cost per trip its hard to justify that money spent on lsd would give so many trips.

I  say "novelty" because for decades it was something i just read about, i never thought i would ever get to try it.

Mescaline would be a good sex drug i mean after the puking

I hope to one day try the other 2Cx drugs all i can find is 2-cb which is everywhere

A lot of what’s sold as 2C-B, isn’t.

If anything was “Mescaline Lite” it would be genuine 2C-B.

I use nitroglycerin spray occasionally during mushroom trips. Do you use it solely for mescaline? Or do you also use it for psilocybin, DMT, etc.? Is mescaline particularly vasoconstrictive compared to psilocybin?

I hear mescaline is the best if you just want to "get high" from a psychedelic.

And I have eaten [shit] loads of mescalin and ithink its far better. Its almost like a gentle candy flip.
By far my favorite.

i easily get nausea with psychedelics. can start at 50 ug lsd or 0,5g cubensis.

how could mescaline be? and what dose would be a safe start?

when dosing mescaline its wise to have something with Ginger in it, helps quite a lot.

I have a decent steel gut when it comes to ingesting substances. I only get mild nausea from mescaline
