Stroma?

Trying to figure out if this is stroma or not or if its bad and if so what can I do about it?

Looks like mycelium. No way to tell.

They started developing a clear gel-like substance on the surface. I thought they were pools of water at first, but then when I would tilt the mono tub, they wouldn't move.
