if you are using pearlite do you still need to mist daily? Or do you just have to make sure there is water on the bottom?

ZMHacker if you dont have a humidity gauge then try and aim for moisture on the container sides at all time. I would reccommend a clear terraium for all newbies since the urge to look sometimes overtakes common sense and patience. Also you wont have to build a plexiglas window. As far as perlite goes, I have had good success with soaking the perlite with only h2o2. the only real water it gets is from spraying/dripping. (i do both)
