Tub stalled?

Hello!! Thanks to you guys I have a few things in the works that are working out well!! This bin has a pin before my other one, and it hasn’t grown in two days. A couple small ones on the side started to pop but stalled as well? Is possible it’s fighting something I can’t see? I feel like surface conditions have been fine? Any advice? Obviously I’m going to LITFA, but I’m new and curious as to why it might have done this? And if maybe I’m not quite understanding surface conditions (I have read a lot but sometimes I over think things). One picture with flash one without.

Do you mist a dry surface is there are pins? There were a few times it got a little drier on one surface (no droplets) so I let mist fall on the tub, but my other one I did the same and it is fine. (Different genetics)

From the look of the surface, it’s knotting pretty damn well and is probably about to pop. It hard to tell if there are fine beads of water, but you don’t have to worry about aborts from a light mist. Use your best judgement on the surface moisture, just don’t drown it. Overall, though, it looks pretty solid. Good job!

Thank you!! I owe it to this forum and the genetics. There are small water beads. I will just try to keep an eye on it. Thanks for the feedback!!!

No worries, bud. Yeah, if there are droplets, I’d LITFA. I wouldn’t even open the lid for a few days and then before you know it, you’ve got a killer developing pin set.

So i think it stalled because of contam. Didn’t touch it since my last post, opened it today to this… it passes the q-tip test, looks like bruising but the shape and way its moving across the sub screams contam to me. What do you guys think? Should I toss it? Or cut it out? I’m not attached to this shoebox.  Tbh i have had 3 tubs I made after this one pin and I’m fruiting the other shoebox I made with this one right now.
