feel the love
    #2948470 -

love is unconditional, for when you put conditions on love, you undermind love.  You are all lovable just as you are, no matter what you do or what you say.  love has a flow, and just like a river it brings life.  just like the wind, it moves through all of our hearts and souls.  Just like fire, it tears away all preconcieved notions and gives birth to new ones.  And just like earth, it is sturdy and gives us strength.  Just like the sun, it shines on us all as long as we bask in its eternal glow, and just like the moon, it gives us light when we lose hope.

love can be felt at any moment of the day, at anytime of the day.  It doesn't matter where or how you feel love, but only that you experience everything that love is.  Love is truth, love is acceptance, love is everyone and everywhere.

don't hide your love, express it.  it itches at all of us, so why not express it.  give someone a hug, give someone a kiss, show people that you appreciate they are there for no other reason but that they are there to share this space with you, the greatest gift we've got.  that's right, we have no gifts to give but ourselves, and that's all we will ever need.

Spread your love like you would wings and let love lift you above everything. so here's my little tribute to you all, I love you all.

Feel the love

Annnnnnd I had a light saber and my friend was there and I said "you look like an indian" and he said "you look like satan" and he found a stick and a rock and he named the rock ooga booga and he named the stick Stick and we both thought that was pretty funny. We got eaten alive by mosquitos but didn't notice til the next day. I stepped on some glass while wading in the swamp and cut my foot open, didn't bother me til the next day either....yeah it was a good time, ended the night by buying some liquor for minors and drinking nips and going to he diner and eating chicken fingers, and then I went home and went to bed.

   WE LOVE YOU!

A plethora of music aspirations control my temptations of future revelations beyond "now". The percussion, and the heart beat of my love and devotion. The rhythm goes beyond, prying into the third eye, releasing the creativity held so far inside. The melodicies, through the out of tune pianos and broken classical guitars...there lies a beauty. A beauty as prevelent as the fire inside. To release these energies is pure ecstacy, to deveop these gifts is sacred. The vocality, so pure as can be, shying away from herself, lies within me. For the underlying serenitity, this is what I live for. I plea for harmony, and nothing more. Music equals love. Creation of love leads to the procreativity of the World, and it's spirals and puddles prevailing.

Mmm, yes, love is good.

A large portion of my life was spent without anyone to love, or to be loved by. It sucked. Now that I'm more open, I could never go back.
I loooove, love.

People should be less afraid to express their love. Too many people bottle up emotions, it's stupid. :sun:

Because I'm a bitter old cynic - I'm not sure what I'm doing around these 'ere strange parts actually.

You can only know once you've experienced it and I don't believe that have, although I "thought" I did. If that makes sense. Family love exists I suppose *grits teeth* but the word love gets thrown around too much. I believe people often mistake love for merely  growing attatched and getting accustomed to someones habits, which makes us more comfortable and settled. Also, so many people think they are in love but really we are uetterly alone, we think alone, we die alone...we are all alone. It saddens me that there are so many people in this world, yet still you can feel so utterly alone.

Er..sorry to trash your lovey thread.

I am truely sorry you feel so alone...it is a tragedy you feel that you have never experienced a love...there are many loves though...a love for a perfect stranger...a love for friends...a love for family...and then that true love of your life...that's why a practice of lovingkindness meditation will help you find the love...

...there are things in this world that are tough that might make you feel alone...we have been conditioned in life to run away from the things that hurt and hold on to the things that are pleasurable...but with the life we live...if you hold on to the pleasures and run from the pains we will be disappointed throughout our whole life...we have to realize that everything changes from moment to moment...feelings...emotions...events...thoughts... memories....etc...
